This site asks before it uses anything beyond what is needed to serve the page to you. The first time you visit, a banner offers a straight choice: accept analytics cookies, or carry on without them. Nothing described in the next section runs until you choose, and you can change your mind at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of every page, or the button below.
Google Analytics 4. Helps us see which pages are read and roughly how people find the site, using cookies to distinguish repeat visits from new ones. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy, and some of it is transferred outside the UK, under Google's standard safeguards. It does not tell us your name or contact details.
Microsoft Clarity. Shows us anonymised session recordings and heatmaps, so we can see where visitors get stuck or give up, and fix it. Clarity also uses cookies and is governed by Microsoft's own privacy policy.
Neither tool loads, and neither sets a cookie, until you accept. If you decline, or simply close the banner without choosing, they stay off.
Fonts. The typefaces used on this site are served by Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests those font files, which means your IP address is visible to Google in the same way it is visible to any website you connect to. No cookie is set by this and no account is required, so it is not something we ask permission for.
Booking and email links. Buttons marked Book a call open Calendly in a new tab. Once you are on Calendly, that company's own cookie and privacy terms apply, not ours. The same is true of the link to our LinkedIn page. We have no visibility of what you do once you leave this site.
Your choice is remembered in your browser, not tied to an account, so it will not follow you to a different device or browser. Use the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of any page, or the button above, to accept or withdraw consent at any time. If you had accepted and then decline, we stop sending further analytics data straight away; a script already running in that page load cannot be un-loaded mid-visit, but nothing further is collected from you after that point.
Every major browser also lets you block or delete cookies through its own settings, independently of the choice you make here.
