Essentials, for sole traders and freelancers, starts from £50 a month. The Clarity Package, for limited companies, starts from £125 a month. Your exact monthly retainer is fixed and agreed in writing after a free discovery call, before any work begins. There's no hourly billing and no surprise invoices, and if a service such as VAT doesn't apply to you, it isn't charged.

Essentials is for sole traders and freelancers, from £50 a month. It covers bookkeeping kept current all year, your Self Assessment prepared and filed early, and questions answered year-round. Making Tax Digital for Income Tax quarterly updates and VAT returns are added at £33 a month each, only where they apply to you.

The Clarity Package is for limited companies, from £125 a month. It covers bookkeeping, year-end accounts and the CT600 company tax return, cash flow and plain-English reporting, four quarterly performance reviews and a year-end review, and your confirmation statement and Companies House filings. Your director Self Assessment (£17 a month) and VAT returns (£33 a month) are added only where they apply.
